MyAssistant could send Crystal Reports with data from the SQL database if the you perform the following:
1.Set up a 32-bit DSN on the server that connects to the SQL database
2.Use the same DSN to create a Crystal Report that will look up data in the SQL database
3.Enter the DSN, Database, User & Password in the MyAssistant Server Configuration Manager
a.Open the MyAssistant Configuration Manager on the Server
b.Click “Sage 300 CRE Data Folders” on the left side of the window that opens
c.Click the “SQL Reports” button above the grid, then fill out the information requested

d.Click OK to save the changes and exit the MyAssistant Configuration Manager
4.Open the MyAssistant Designer
5.Activate “Send a report” Task (or create a new Task that just sends a report)
6.Attach the report in the Email step of Task Setup using the “Crystal Reports” button
7.Check the “Use SQL report data connection” checkbox at the bottom of the window that appears

8.Click OK to close the window then close Task Setup
9.Run the Task
