Email Didn't Send: Attached Report Failed - Sage Information Not Found
The email(s) from a Task could not be sent because an attached report failed to run. The error indicates that the report could not find some information from Sage.
Next Steps
1. Review the error detail to see if the report was specified
2. Go to File > Options > Server Settings in the MyAssistant Designer to find the Sage user & password MyAssistant is using on the server
3. Identify and log on to the computer where the MyAssistant Server software is installed. This is the computer from which MyAssistant sends emails and creates attached reports.
4. Log in to Sage Desktop on the server with the Sage user & password used in MyAssistant
5. Open the Sage program that has the report on the Reports menu
6. Try to run the report in Sage. If the report fails to run, work with whoever created/modified the report to fix it
7. If the report runs successfully in Sage, reopen the MyAssistant Designer
8. Select the MyAssistant Task that is running the report and click "Open"
9. Click "Email" on the left side of the window that opens
10. Right-click on the report in the Attachments section (under the Subject line) and select "Remove"
11. Click the "Sage Report" button in the toolbar
12. Click "Refresh List" in the window that opens
13. Navigate to and select the report
14. Fill out any report prompts in the "Report Options" window that opens
15. Click OK to close all windows
16. Run the Task again
